Product Summary

Kingspan Thermapitch TP10 is a high performance rigid urethane insulation, used at rafter level within tiled or pitched warm roof spaces. Kingspan Thermapitch TP10 is faced on both sides with a low emissivity composite foil facing which is highly resistant to the transmission of water vapour. This reflective, low emissivity surface can effectively double the thermal resistance of the cavity in which the board is placed.

Product Description

Tp10 is high performance rigid urethane insulation with a thermal conductivity of conductivity 0.022 W/mK.
On average its use creates 15% more usable warm roof space. Insulation of pipes and tanks is unnecessary.
No condensation risk. Unaffected by air movement.
Easy to handle and to cut. ( Use fine toothed saw for thicker boards).
The core of Kingspan Thermapitch® TP10 is manufactured from trademarked Nilflam® technology (a high performance CFC/HCFC–freem polyisocyanurate (PIR) based formulation). Kingspan Thermapitch® TP10 has a typical density of 32 kg/m3 .

Product Application

Kingspan have named what is the same board with three different names these names are based upon the different application situations that the board is to be used in.
Kingspan TP10 or Kingspan Thermapitch 10 for use in ceilings and roofs.
Kingpsan TW55 or Kingspan Thermwall 55 for use in wall applications
Kingpan TF70 or Kingspan Thermafloor 70 for use in floor applications

Please not that these are one and the same board just given different names to identify the application you are using (confusing eh!)
